Chapter 2 - A Princely Wind

In chapter 2 we briefly follow Wind Avenarius as she sets off to visit the Vermeil Tetrarchy. This chapter is coming out a bit more slowly than I anticipated. I've been trying to improve my art, and I've had a few trip ups along the way. This chapter will probably stick to tues-thurs updates.
